Registered Manager - Ofsted (Children's Residential)
Location: Fleetwood
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Our client is looking for a Registered Manager to support a new, small 2-bedded Ofsted children's home in Fleetwood, Lancashire, providing safe, nurturing care for young people who may have experienced trauma and challenging behaviours.

What you'll be doing:

• Overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and support to children and young people with varying needs
• Developing and implementing personalised care plans with children/young people and their families
• Monitoring progress and adjusting care plans as required to ensure outcomes stay on track
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of care and progress
• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver a holistic approach
• Ensuring all health and safety obligations and company policies are followed
• Taking part in ongoing professional development and training

What you'll bring:

• Ofsted experience and strong knowledge within an Ofsted-registered residential setting for vulnerable children/young people
• Relevant Health and Social Care qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or 5)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with genuine empathy for others
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
• Excellent organisation and time management to keep standards and records consistent
• Understanding of safeguarding principles and practices
