Reception & Team Assistant - Private Equity Firm, Piccadilly Circus (PT or FT)

Salary: £26,000-£30,000 FTE (£21–£24,000 pro rata)
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9am–5pm (part-time)
Full-time option: Monday-Friday, 9am–5pm may also be considered for the right candidate
We are looking for a warm, bubbly and highly personable Reception & Team Assistant to join a successful investment firm in central London.
This is a varied role combining front-of-house, junior administration and team support, but personality is just as important as experience. We’re looking for someone who is naturally outgoing, friendly and confident, enjoys being around people and will bring positive energy into the office every day.
You’ll be the welcoming face of the business, interacting with colleagues, senior stakeholders, visitors, contractors and external contacts, while also helping with the practical day-to-day running of the office.
This would particularly suit someone who enjoys being part of a small, sociable team and wants a role where they can genuinely get involved, rather than simply carrying out a set list of administrative tasks.
