Work Pattern:  Up to 2 days in office ,35 hours a week

PAYE Pay Rate: £185.07 per day

Main purpose of the role

To support parking enforcement services by managing enquiries, responding to requests and complaints, and ensuring enforcement activities are carried out correctly and in line with regulations.

Typical day overview

• Responding to parking enquiries from customers and internal teams.
• Managing enforcement requests and providing timely updates.
• Handling first-stage complaints.
• Liaising with the parking enforcement team.
• Carrying out site visits to check enforcement activity.
• Updating records and reports.
