Working Hours

Monday to Friday

• 7:00am – 5:00pm
• 1 hour total break:
  • 15-minute morning break
  • 30-minute lunch
  • 15-minute afternoon break

Please note: Timekeeping is extremely important. You must arrive around 10 minutes before your shift starts so you’re ready to begin work at your station on time.

The Role

Working in a timber yard, you’ll manufacture wooden fence panels at your own workstation using specialist machinery.

Your duties will include:

• Building fence panel frames
• Using a nail gun to secure timber components
• Positioning wooden slats accurately
• Operating production machinery to complete each fence panel
• Carrying out repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality standards

Although you’ll be handling timber throughout the day, the role isn’t considered heavy manual work when correct lifting and handling techniques are used. Full training will be provided.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred
• Experience using hand tools or working with wood is beneficial
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Working Environment

You’ll be working in a timber yard where forklift trucks move materials throughout the day. The shutters remain open, so the environment can be cold during winter months.
