  • Create and maintain product roadmaps.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and guidance.
  • Champion user-centred design by leveraging research, data, feedback and insight to drive decisions.
  • Own and prioritise the product backlog.
  • Lead story definition, refinement and prioritisation to ensure work is delivery-ready.
  • Balance research, technical investigation, feature delivery and continuous improvement activities.
  • Sign off completed work and take accountability for product quality.
  • Ensure products meet relevant quality standards and service requirements.
  • Foster strong working relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Work closely with Delivery Managers to ensure delivery plans are achievable and blockers are resolved.
  • Collaborate with Technical Leads and Solution Architects to ensure technical solutions support the product vision.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing digital products through Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live phases.
  • Strong product management experience within agile delivery environments.
  • Demonstrable ability to understand user needs and translate them into product priorities.
  • Experience defining, owning and solving complex product challenges.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience managing and prioritising product backlogs.
  • Ability to identify and evaluate effective delivery approaches and measure outcomes.
  • Experience working to agreed MVPs and product goals.
  • Good understanding of design, technology and data principles.
  • Understanding of assisted digital support and user-centred service delivery.
  • Ability to challenge assumptions and constraints constructively.
  • Experience managing products through multiple stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of product adoption, service integration and benefits realisation.
  • Experience establishing operational processes to support products and services.
  • Ability to manage complex operational issues and drive resolution.
  • Experience coordinating teams to investigate problems and implement solutions.
  • Experience working closely with User Researchers and applying research findings to product decisions.
  • Strong understanding of the difference between user wants and genuine user needs.
