Class 2 Tanker Driver

We’re Hiring a Class 2 Driver! We're looking for experienced and reliable Class 2 (Category C) drivers to drive for our long established client. This role involves driving a manual Class 2 vehicle, tanker experience preferred. Must have experience of a manual gearbox. This role is on the outskirts of Exeter so own transport due to location and hours is required. 12 hour shifts plus travel time including some weekends depending on contract (on a rota). This is a temp to perm role for the right candidate. Requirements

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) Driving Licence
• Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 6 months HGV driving experience (preferred, not essential)
• Tanker experience
• Manual gearbox experience
• Strong understanding of commercial driving regulations and safety practices.
• Perform some physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods.
• Good knowledge of UK road networks
• A professional and positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Own transport to travel to work
• Complete training as required
