Commercial Property Solicitor – 3+ PQE – Cardiff

TSR Legal has recently been instructed to assist a highly regarded commercial law firm as they look to strengthen their Real Estate offering in Cardiff with the appointment of an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with at least three years’ post-qualification experience.

Our client has a strong presence within the South Wales commercial market and advises businesses, developers, investors, landlords and occupiers on a broad range of commercial property transactions.

As part of the continued development of the department, the firm is looking for a Solicitor capable of managing their own caseload whilst working alongside senior lawyers on larger and more complex transactions. The position would suit somebody who has developed a solid grounding in Commercial Property and is now looking for greater client exposure, responsibility and career progression.

You will advise on a broad range of matters including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, landlord and tenant work, portfolio management, development projects, investment transactions and property finance.

There will be significant opportunity to build direct relationships with existing clients and become involved in the development of new business across the South Wales market. The successful candidate will therefore be commercially minded, comfortable taking ownership of transactions and interested in developing their profile as their career progresses.

This is not simply a caseload management position. The firm is looking for someone who can become an important part of the continued growth of the Commercial Property department and offers genuine scope for further progression as the team develops.
