SAP HR IT Authorization & Security Consultant - Tires

Job Description

• Design and manage SAP authorization concepts across HR IT systems​

• Define and maintain SAP roles, profiles, and authorization objects​

• Develop and implement audit-proof role concepts for IT and business roles​

• Analyze and resolve complex authorization issues using debugging techniques​

• Manage authorizations in SAP HCM (on‑premise), including HCM-specific authorization objects​

• Configure and maintain SAP Fiori authorizations (catalogs, groups, spaces, pages)​

• Ensure proper authorization setup for OData services and SICF nodes​

• Design and manage SAP SuccessFactors authorizations, including Role-Based Permissions and Field-Level Permissions​

• Support authorization concepts for hybrid scenarios (e.g. mashups, EC ↔ on-premise integration)​

• Translate authorization concepts between SAP on‑premise and SuccessFactors landscapes​

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SAP Authorization and Security concepts​

• Solid hands-on experience with roles, profiles, and authorization objects​

• Good understanding of SAP HCM authorization objects and HR IT processes​

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors authorization frameworks​

• Experience with SAP IAS (CIS)​

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori authorization architecture and configuration​

• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and issue resolution​

• Structured and detail-oriented working style with focus on compliance and auditability​

• Ability to work in global teams and collaborate across IT and business stakeholders​

• Fluent in English​ - min. B2.
