【業務内容】
国際輸送（コマーシャル貨物）の輸出入業務
・通関手配、出荷書類の作成および確認
・日系企業を中心とした法人顧客対応
海外引越業務（主に日本人顧客向け）の対応全般
・見積作成、作業手配、顧客対応（電話・メール含む）、書類作成・管理
・必要に応じてNewcastle支店や英国北部への業務出張あり（頻度・範囲は応相談）
【応募要件】
・日本語・英語でのビジネス対応が可能な方
・カスタマーサービスおよび電話応対に抵抗がない方
・丁寧で誠実な顧客対応ができる方（人物重視）
・経験者歓迎（未経験者も意欲があれば応募可）
・運転免許保有者歓迎（必須ではありません）
・PCの基本操作（メール、Word、Excel）ができる方
【その他の条件】
・雇用形態：フルタイム
・勤務地：マンチェスター支店
・勤務時間：月〜金、週37.5時間勤務
・在宅勤務：週2日まで可能（支店との調整による）
・勤務開始：できるだけ早い時期を希望（応相談）
・給与：£25,000〜£29,000（経験・能力を考慮）
・海外引越業務に関しては、ロンドンでの1週間程度の研修あり（費用は会社負担）
