  • Support the development of competency frameworks and technical career pathways.
  • Help shape learning strategies that support both business objectives and employee development.

Improve Performance Through Learning

  • Monitor technical incidents and operational trends to identify training opportunities.
  • Develop targeted learning interventions that address performance and competency gaps.
  • Ensure training remains relevant to emerging technologies, customer needs and operational challenges.

Champion Continuous Improvement

  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and performance data.
  • Review and update learning content to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practice.
