This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. Working closely with students, teachers and the SEND and Inclusion Team, you will deliver targeted literacy and numeracy interventions that build confidence, develop key skills and improve outcomes for learners who require additional support.
The RoleAs an Inclusion Assistant, you will:
Experience of delivering intervention programmes or supporting students with SEND, English as an Additional Language (EAL), or those requiring additional academic support would be advantageous, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
