HGV Class 2 Driver – Weekend Only

HGV Class 2 Driver – Battersea, London – Temporary – £17 p/h to £22 p/h

Our distribution client based out of Battersea, London are now looking to recruit HGV Class 2 Drivers to join their team on a part-time basis covering temp shifts on the Saturday day shift making deliveries of fresh food produce to their clients throughout London on an ongoing temporary basis.

Duties of HGV Class 2 Drivers may include:

• Vehicle safety checks
• Strapping loads
• Multidrop deliveries  in the city of London
• Curtain side deliveries
• Pump truck and tail lift deliveries  In and around M25
• You will have a drivers mate to assist during training whilst getting to know the route

HGV Class 2 Driver typical start time is approximately 06:00, with finish times around 16:00. Please note that hours may vary depending on client requirements and the nature of the role.

Our basic pay rates for the HGV Class 2 Driver will be £17 p/h PAYE or £22 p/h for limited company drivers and you will always be paid a minimum of 10 hours per shift.
