HGV Class 2 Driver – Nights

HGV Class 2 Driver NIGHTS – Dagenham, Essex – Temp to Perm – £17.00 to £23.00 p/h

East Bridge Recruitment are now looking to work with HGV Class 2 Drivers for our client based in Dagenham, Essex on a full-time temporary contract with the opportunity of a temp to perm contract for the right candidates. Our client is close to the A13 with good public transport links through Dagenham Dock.

Duties of the HGV Class 2 Driver will include:

• Daily vehicle safety checks
• Around 20 multidrop deliveries of bread and baked goods which can include around Central London
• Some manual loading and unloading
• Using ePod for deliveries
• Driving in a safe and responsible manner

The HGV Class 2 Driver are required for our client in Dagenham working full time on night shift starting at any time between 00:00 and 03:00. You will be working on a 4 on 3 off, 3 on 3 off rota. Payment will start at £17 p/h Monday to Friday with Saturday’s paid at £18.50 p/h and Sundays paid at £19 p/h. Any bank holiday work will be paid at £23 p/h. All work is paid on a strict PAYE basis.
