Learning Support Champion – SEN & Complex Needs

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of neurodiverse children? We’re looking for a dedicated Learning Support Champion to join a nurturing specialist setting in Frodsham, where small class sizes and a caring team create the perfect environment for pupils with autism and complex needs to thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:

• Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
• Support the pupil consistently on a 1:1 basis whilst responding to their individual needs
• Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate
• Deliver catch-up sessions

Essential Qualifications:

• Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND.
• Must have a passion for education
• Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
• Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
• Must have experience using Personal Care
