Business Development Manager, Audio

United Kingdom Enterprise Recruitment Ltd Key role for a technically minded sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships and identifying new commercial opportunities. We're working with a specialist electronics distributor with an established reputation in the audio industry. As the business continues to grow, they're looking for a Business Development Manager to help develop existing customer relationships while also identifying and winning new opportunities across the UK market.

This is a role offering genuine autonomy. You'll work directly with business leadership, manage your own territory, and have the freedom to pursue opportunities where you see the greatest commercial potential.

The Business Development Manager role
You'll be responsible for managing existing customer accounts while developing new business opportunities across the audio marketplace and potentially some brand-new cross over sectors too.
The position involves engaging with both senior decision makers and engineering teams, understanding customer requirements, and matching those needs with suitable technical solutions.
You'll also work closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners overseas whilst helping drive future growth in both established and emerging markets.

Business Development Manager required experience

• Experience in technical B2B sales, business development and account management
• Background within electronics, semiconductors, components, audio or a related sector
• Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders
• Able to communicate effectively with engineers and technical teams
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Full UK driving licence
