About the role
Market Data Orchestration Engineer – Realtime Market Data, Market Data Testing, Data Monitoring, Low Latency, High Performance, Financial Services
A Data/Platform Engineer with experience building realtime data engineering services is urgently sought after by a global tier one financial services business.
The role will work on building an orchestration system to allow realtime monitoring and quality testing of their market data offerings to external clients, requiring a number of applications that will aggregate and correlate their various individual data services into a unified view.
The ideal candidate is experience in any of C++, Go or Rust at a lower level and Python, TypeScript, Java at a higher level to be able to work effectively across system and API development as well as the visualisation layer. You will also be experienced working on low latency financial systems/market data services and have built realtime data streaming pipelines etc.
Please note you will be required to work via umbrella for the duration of this contract and that the business operates a 3-day in office policy, being based in the City.
