Lettings Administrator

This thriving, independent estate agency with a fantastic reputation is currently looking to recruit an organised Lettings Administrator to support its busy team in Kennington.

The purpose of the role is to actively contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the office and ensuring the very best service is delivered at all times. You will be assisting the Tenancy and Lettings Administrator with change of occupancies in on going tenancies, progressing tenancies i.e. contracts, compliance, and day to day general office administration duties.

• Some previous lettings administration experience would be beneficial but not essential
• Strong administrative skills
• Superb organisational skills
• Good attention to detail
• Willingness to learn
• Fantastic customer service skills
• Confident in answering the phone and speaking to clients
• Computer literate – experience using Reapit would be beneficial.

The package on offer for this lettings administrator role will be in the region of £25,000 to 28,000.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
