What you'll do

• Deliver person-centred care across a range of healthcare settings
• Support dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing
• Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Monitor observations and report any concerns
• Support clinical tasks where required and trained

• Minimum 6+ months’ UK experience as a HCA in a care home or nursing home
