Role Overview
As an Associate Dentist at Dentopedia Group, you will deliver high-quality general and cosmetic dentistry within a supportive, well-equipped clinical environment. You will work alongside experienced nurses, treatment coordinators, and management teams to provide an exceptional patient journey while maintaining the highest clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality general dentistry to private patients
- Diagnose and treatment plan in a clear, ethical, patient-focused manner
- Provide comprehensive examinations and detailed treatment discussions
- Work collaboratively with TCOs to support treatment acceptance
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
- Adhere to CQC, GDC, and cross-infection control standards
- Participate in clinical audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support practice growth through excellent patient care and communication
What We’re Looking For
- GDC registered Dentist with valid registration
- Strong experience in general dentistry (cosmetic experience desirable)
- Confident communicator with excellent patient rapport
- Ethical and patient-focused approach to treatment planning
- Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous learning
- Professional, well-presented, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working within structured systems and KPIs

Essential Requirements
- Valid GDC registration and indemnity cover
- Right to work in the UK
- Up-to-date CPD compliance
- Strong understanding of CQC and regulatory standards
- Professional and ethical clinical approach
