Location: TeessideHours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time - 6 month contract - 07:30 - 5:30Pay Type: PAYE or UmbrellaSector: Construction Job Overview We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking killed Operatives to join our team on a construction site in Teesside. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous construction or labouring experience who are looking for ongoing work with a reputable contractor. The successful candidate will support site operations, ensuring work areas are maintained to a high standard of safety and cleanliness while assisting trades and site management as required. Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting skilled tradespeople with day-to-day site activitiesLoading, unloading, and moving materials around siteMaintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environmentCarrying out general labouring and site maintenance dutiesSupporting deliveries and stock managementFollowing site health and safety procedures at all timesOperating basic hand and power tools where requiredAssisting with site setup and welfare area maintenanceUndertaking any other reasonable duties as directed by site managementRequirementsPrevious experience working on a construction site is preferredValid CSCS Card (essential)Good understanding of site health and safety regulationsReliable, punctual, and hardworking attitudeAbility to work effectively as part of a teamPhysically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling dutiesOwn transport is advantageous but not essentialWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly ratesWeekly payPAYE or Umbrella payment options availableMonday to Friday working scheduleOngoing work opportunitiesSupportive working environmentOpportunity to gain experience on a variety of construction projects across TeessideThe NRL Group connect global companies with the right people to bring engineering projects to life.
