Administrator

We're looking for Administrators to join a busy team supporting streetworks operations for a Utilities company.

This role is initially a 6-month temporary assignment, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidates.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and communicating with a variety of stakeholders.

Administrator What you'll be doing:

• Coordinating with operational field teams
• Liaising with clients and local authorities
• Processing streetworks permits and related administration
• Handling telephone queries and providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining records and updating information on Excel and Google Sheets
• Supporting planning and scheduling activities where required

What we're looking for:

• NRSWA knowledge or experience desirable
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Experience using Google Sheets
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident speaking on the phone and managing multiple stakeholders
• Planning or scheduling experience desirable
• Experience within utilities, highways, telecoms, or civil engineering

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am - 5:00pm
• 30-minute lunch break and 2x 15-minute breaks
