Recruitment Resourcer

We are a busy recruitment agency based in Potters Bar, offering 24-hour services to the transport & logistics sector. The agency now requires a recruitment resourcer to support and primarily find drivers for a friendly team of account managers and consultants.

Hours and work patterns

5 days a week. Flexibility will be required to accommodate peak periods in the transport and logistics industry.

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.

Main Duties

• Sourcing new and former drivers for the agency
• Carrying out database and job board searches
• Marketing and placing driver recruitment advertisements
• Interviewing and checking the suitability of candidates
• Assisting other agency members of the team when needed
• Ad-hoc duties as necessary

Requirements

• One year of office-based recruitment agency experience
• High level of spoken English
• Professional telephone manner
• Logistically minded
• Punctuality, flexibility, and professionalism
• Computer skills – Word & Excel proficient, Joined Up desirable
• Typing, spelling, and good knowledge of spreadsheets
• Must be prepared to familiarise yourself with the Account Management Team and become an integral part of our business
• Knowledge of the transport and logistics industry will be advantageous
