The Role

As a Lettings Manager, you will:

• Lead the day-to-day performance of the lettings department, driving profitability and branch growth
• Deliver exceptional lettings advice and customer service to landlords and tenants
• Identify and convert new business opportunities to increase market share
• Carry out market appraisals and advise landlords on effective pricing and marketing strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, applicants, and key stakeholders
• Coach, mentor, and motivate your team through regular support and performance management
• Stay up to date with market trends and lettings legislation, providing expert advice to clients
• Work collaboratively with the wider branch to achieve business objectives and continued success

Lettings Manager Requirements:

• Previous residential lettings experience, ideally at management level
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow market share
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated, commercially minded, and target-driven
• Knowledge of the Croydon property market would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence preferred
