Senior Account Manager - Social First

£45,000–£48,000 | London  | Hybrid | 12-Month FTC with potential to go permanent   We’re working with an award-winning independent social, creative, PR and influencer agency that is looking for a hands-on Senior Account Manager following two exciting new consumer client wins.   This is a genuinely social-first role, working across well-known restaurant and lifestyle brands. You’ll be involved in everything from shaping content plans and brainstorming ideas to being on location at restaurants shooting and creating content for TikTok and other social channels.   The role is initially a one-year FTC, with the intention of potentially becoming permanent.   The Role You’ll take the day-to-day lead across a portfolio of major restaurant, food and lifestyle accounts, working closely with social strategists, designers, creatives, PR specialists and paid media teams.This isn't a role where you'll simply manage the process from a distance. The agency is looking for someone who genuinely enjoys rolling their sleeves up and creating great social content.   You'll be responsible for:

• Developing and leading social content plans and calendars
• Creating social-first content, particularly for TikTok
• Attending restaurant and location shoots and getting directly involved in content creation
• Using CapCut to create/edit quick-turnaround social content
• Brainstorming concepts and culturally relevant social ideas
• Managing social and influencer campaigns from brief through to delivery
• Working closely with designers on creative output
• Overseeing community management, scheduling and content across social channels
• Managing timelines, approvals, deliverables and client expectations
• Leading client meetings and acting as a trusted day-to-day contact
• Using social performance data and trends to recommend content optimisation
• Leading reporting, creative recaps and campaign analysis
• Managing and mentoring an Account Executive
• Working closely with an Account Director and senior client services team

What We're Looking For You'll ideally be an established Senior Account Manager, or a strong Account Manager ready to step up, with solid agency experience across consumer brands and social media. You'll need:

• Strong social-first account management experience
• Hands-on experience creating social content
• Confidence using TikTok and CapCut
• Experience developing social content plans and calendars
• Experience managing social shoots/content production
• Strong understanding of social trends and platform-native content
• Consumer brand experience – food, hospitality, lifestyle or entertainment would be particularly relevant
• Experience managing integrated social/influencer campaigns
• Strong client-management and presentation skills
• Confidence managing junior team members
• A proactive, hands-on approach – particularly important as these are newly won accounts
