Our client is a fast-scaling, tech-led business support platform helping entrepreneurs start, run and grow their companies with confidence. Already a certified B Corp with over £18m in annual revenue, they're forecast to grow 5-10x over the next three years and are investing heavily in a fully integrated digital platform to match that ambition.

The Opportunity

• Join at a genuine inflection point, shaping acquisition strategy across a six-website portfolio during a period of rapid, funded growth
• Take full ownership of performance marketing rather than inheriting a legacy brand function
• Report directly into senior leadership with real influence over commercial strategy
• A rare chance to build and scale a high-performing team as the business multiplies in size

Responsibilities

• Own marketing strategy end-to-end, setting KPIs across organic, paid and affiliate channels
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning content, video, social and affiliate marketing
• Direct paid media strategy and budget across search, display and social
• Partner with digital and SEO leadership to align channel strategy with conversion and CRO priorities

Your Profile

• Senior marketing leader from an ecommerce, transactional or lead-generation background
• Commercially minded, with a track record of driving measurable acquisition results, not just brand reach
• Confident managing paid media budgets and affiliate programmes
• Comfortable operating at director level, briefing and challenging specialist SEO expertise
