JOB TITLE: Private Client Lawyer                 
PQE REQUIRED: NQ+       
LOCATION: County Durham                
SALARY: Up to £60,000 (DOE)                     

THE ROLE:
• A well established, progressive law firm located in County Durham is seeking a Private Client Lawyer to join their team.
• The successful candidate will manage a varied private client caseload, advise a diverse client base on wills, estate planning, probate, estate administration, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and deputyship matters and handle matters from instruction through to completion.
• Offering a collaborative working culture, this role grants the successful candidate the opportunity to build long term client relationships.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the firm whilst simultaneously developing your own career alongside a supportive team of experienced practitioners.

THE CANDIDATE:
• This firm is seeking applications from qualified Solicitors and Legal Executives who demonstrate experience dealing with a wealth of private client matters.
• You must be confident managing your own caseload and highlight a commitment to delivering expectational client care.
• The successful candidate will have experience advising on wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and deputyship matters.
• A proactive, organised approach to legal matters, alongside an interest in the business development of the firm is necessary to this role.
