About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project timelines, milestones and weekly progress updates.
- Coordinate project rescheduling and track key deadlines.
- Manage additions and omissions and project changes.
- Act as a key contact for clients regarding project timings and contractual obligations.
- Maintain project trackers, reports and payment plan information.
- Identify potential risks, delays and blockers, escalating where required.
- Support project teams with resources, information and holiday planning.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in project coordination, administration is essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Excel and/or project management tools such as Jira, Trello or MS Project.
- Experience within an interior design, or architectural environment is essential.
