JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: NQ+
LOCATION: County Durham
SALARY: Up to £45,000 (DOE)
THE ROLE:
• Join a well established, progressive law firm seeking a talented Residential Conveyancer to join their thriving team.
• Independently manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Advise an enviable client base on sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and various other residential property transactions.
• Work alongside a collaborative team, build strong client relationships and deliver high standards of service throughout the entire conveyancing process.
THE CANDIDATE:
• This firm is seeking applications from Residential Conveyancers, Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives or experienced Fee Earners ranging from NQ level upwards.
• The successful candidate will also have experience handling residential conveyancing matters.
• You will demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills, a client focused approach and the ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently.
• Applications are encouraged from proactive and commercially aware individuals who can prove a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
