Contract role, Short Term Support Service.
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in Lancashire.
This is to work in the Short Term Support Service.
Location - County Hall Preston, Royal Preston Hospital, Chorley District Hospital
- Manage a reduced but complex caseload supporting adults across community and hospital settings
- Provide professional advice, supervision and mentoring to Social Workers, Social Care Support Officers and students
- Support the Team Manager with case progression, quality assurance and service delivery
- Contribute to safeguarding, legal processes and multi-agency working
- Promote timely interventions that support independence and reduce longer-term care needs
