Cover Supervisors Wanted – September Start
Provide Education are looking for two enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to join a secondary school in Rotherham from September.

The school is positioned close to the Sheffield/Rotherham border, with convenient transport connections, making it an ideal location for candidates based in either Sheffield or Rotherham, as well as the surrounding areas.

2 Full-Time Cover Supervisor Opportunities:
The school is ideally looking for candidates who can commit to 5 days per week. However, they are also open to speaking with candidates who are available for 3 or 4 days per week.
You will be responsible for overseeing lessons when teaching staff are absent, ensuring students have access to their pre-prepared work and maintaining a focused and productive classroom environment.
The role offers plenty of variety, with the opportunity to work across different subjects, year groups and classes throughout the school. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys working with young people and is confident taking responsibility for a classroom.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working with secondary-aged pupils or young people
• Ideally have previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, TA, LSA or in another school-based role
• Be confident dealing with classroom behaviour and maintaining boundaries
• Have a friendly but authoritative approach
• Be able to follow instructions and deliver pre-set lesson materials
• Adapt quickly to different classes and situations
• Communicate effectively with pupils and school staff
• Be dependable and professional
• Be available for 3, 4 or 5 days per week

Role Information

Location: Rotherham – close to the Sheffield border
Start Date: September
Vacancies: 2
Hours: 5 days per week preferred
Alternative availability: 3 or 4 days per week considered
Pay: £110–£150 per day DOE
Transport: Good links from Sheffield, Rotherham and surrounding areas
