Job Title: Access Control Installer
Location: Bournemouth
Length: 1 week (WC 24th August)
Rate: £200 per day (increased to cover accommodation costs)

Are you an Access Control Installer based in or able to travel to Bournemouth looking for your next contract opportunity? As an Access Control Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of access control systems across commercial and residential sites, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and in line with manufacturer specifications. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fire and security solutions to its customers.

Responsibilities:

* Install access control systems including door controllers, readers, keypads, and associated hardware to specification.
* Commission and configure Paxton access control systems, including user setup and system testing.
* Carry out cable installation and containment work in line with site requirements.
* Liaise with site managers and clients to ensure installations are completed on time and with minimal disruption.
* Complete all relevant paperwork and handover documentation upon job completion.

Experience and Certifications required:

* Proven experience as an Access Control Installer, with hands-on knowledge of Paxton systems.
* Competent in the installation of door entry hardware including electric locks, door closers, and exit devices.
* Ability to read and work from technical drawings and installation schematics.
* Full UK driving licence.
* ECS/CSCS card (required).
* FIA qualification (desirable).
