Customer Service Consultant – Bournemouth – £12.71PH

We’re supporting a well-established financial services business looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join their team in Bournemouth on a temporary basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background looking to gain experience within financial services. Full training will be provided, so previous financial services experience is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and support customers, providing a professional and friendly service
• Understand customer needs and introduce relevant products and services
• Build strong customer relationships and identify referral opportunities
• Handle customer information and documentation accurately and confidentially
• Complete general administration and maintain accurate records
• Work towards agreed customer service and referral targets
• Work closely with colleagues and advisers to ensure customers receive appropriate support

Requirements:

• Previous customer-facing, retail, sales, or customer service experience
• Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
• Comfortable discussing customer needs and identifying opportunities
• Strong attention to detail and administration skills
• Confident using IT systems
• Reliable, organised, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent

What’s on Offer:

• £12.71 per hour
• Temporary contract until 24 November
• Immediate start
• 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Two Saturday mornings per month, with time off in lieu
• Full training and ongoing support
• Opportunity to gain valuable financial services experience
