 Senior Embedded Technical Sales Manager

Fully Remote

£85,000 + Company Car Allowance and additional benefits

Our client is a specialist engineering solutions company that focus on electronic system applications across a wide range of industries including defence, aerospace and energy sectors. They are seeking a Senior Embedded Technical Sales Manager to join their existing senior team, manage the embedded division, manage embedded application projects and drive business growth.

Senior Embedded Technical Sales Manager Responsibilities;

–          Lead, develop and execute the Embedded Computing Sales strategy

–          Provide leadership, coaching and technical support to the Embedded Computing Sales team

–          Manage accounts effectively and maximise revenue opportunities with existing clients

–          Identify and drive business growth opportunities for the Embedded Computing Sales team

–          Drive continuous improvement activities across sales processes, customer engagement and operational effectiveness

–          Lead and manage complex commercial negotiations and contractual agreements

Senior Embedded Technical Sales Manager Requirements

–          Educated to degree level in relatable engineering disciplines such as electronics, system engineering, software development or embedded engineering

–          Proven experience managing technical sales teams within either embedded engineering, industrial technologies, systems engineering or electronics

–          Experienced in business development and identifying growth areas

–          Extensive knowledge in embedded engineering and system applications

–          Selling products requiring design and manufacture

–          Excellent verbal and written communication skills

–          Must hold a UK passport
