About the role
Call Handler
Location: St. Katharines House 21-27 St. Katherines Street Northampton Northamptonshire NN1 2LH
* Pay rate: 13.25 per hour
* Hybrid: 60% office 40% home after training
* Training: 4 weeks on site
* Hours: 27 per week, service runs 8:30-17:00 on a scheduled basis
* Our Client is open to candidates from a retail background or those who have recently left university

What you'll be doing:
* Handling inbound calls from members of the public seeking assistance with Civil Money Claims
* Responding to queries accurately and efficiently, supporting customers in often stressful situations
* Providing excellent customer service with patience, empathy, and understanding
* Being confident moving between calls quickly in a fast-paced environment
* Communicating regularly with court staff at processing sites throughout the country
What you'll bring:
* A bright, friendly and courteous approach-especially when customers are under pressure
* Strong written communication skills
* Initiative and the ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy
* An empathetic mindset and an ability to remain professional and respectful at all times
* Confidence working in a targets-driven environment (targets will be introduced once training is completed)
