Job Title: Security Service Engineer
Location: Edinburgh
Rate: £220 per day

Are you a Security Service Engineer based in Edinburgh looking for your next contract opportunity? As a Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of security systems across a range of commercial and residential sites in and around the Edinburgh area. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality security solutions to its customers.

Responsibilities:

* Service and maintain Intruder Alarm systems in line with manufacturer and industry standards.
* Carry out routine maintenance and fault diagnosis on Access Control systems.
* Inspect, service, and repair CCTV systems, ensuring optimal performance across all sites.
* Respond to service callouts in a timely manner, diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently.
* Complete accurate service records and job reports following each site visit.
* Liaise with customers on-site to communicate findings and ensure satisfaction with work carried out.

Experience and Certifications required:

* Minimum 15 years' experience as a Security Service Engineer covering Intruder Alarms, Access Control, and CCTV.
* Proven experience servicing and fault-finding on a range of leading security systems and manufacturers.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule across multiple sites.
* Full UK driving licence, as travel across the Edinburgh area will be required.
* SIA licence (desirable).
* NSI or SSAIB accreditation or experience working within an accredited company (desirable).
