Rate: £220 per day

Are you a Security Service Engineer based in Manchester looking for your next contract opportunity? As a Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and fault-finding of security systems across a range of commercial and residential sites in the Manchester area. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality security solutions to its customers.

Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service visits on Intruder Alarm, Access Control, and CCTV systems.
* Diagnose and resolve faults on a range of security systems, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer.
* Complete accurate service records and job reports following each visit.
* Liaise with customers on-site to provide clear updates on work carried out and any remedial actions required.
* Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant industry standards and company procedures.

Experience and Certifications required:

* Minimum 15 years' experience working as a Security Service Engineer in a field-based role.
* Proven hands-on experience with Intruder Alarm, Access Control, and CCTV systems across multiple manufacturers.
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across a broad range of security equipment.
* Full UK driving licence.
* NSI or SSAIB recognised installer qualification (desirable).
* First Line Management or FIA Fire and Security qualification (desirable).
