The Role

As a Graduate Hardware & Embedded Systems Engineer, you will begin with practical technician-level responsibilities before progressing towards broader hardware, embedded software and module design. You will work closely with experienced engineers, gaining exposure to PCB design, prototype development, C++ firmware, microprocessors and IoT technologies. You can expect to: 

  • Build and test electronic prototypes, PCB assemblies and specialist IoT modules.
  • Support PCB design and development for embedded controllers and connected devices.
  • Test C++ software and firmware alongside experienced lead engineers.
  • Progress towards independent hardware, embedded and module design responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Degree or practical background in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to engineering.
