The Role

This is more than just a graduate job; it’s a chance to rotate across different product areas, gaining broad commercial exposure and developing your skills in a variety of settings. Over 18–24 months, you’ll take ownership of your own territory, manage customer relationships, and contribute to the company’s success. With no cold calling involved, this role allows you to focus on meaningful work and real impact.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with approximately 120 existing customer accounts.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive regional growth.
• Delivering engaging product demonstrations and educating customers on new offerings.
• Enhancing brand visibility through visual merchandising and promotional activities.
• Planning your schedule, prioritising customer visits, and managing territory performance.
• Representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events across the UK and Europe.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Confident and influential communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• A full UK driving licence (manual) and willingness to travel within the UK.
• Availability to attend an assessment day in Buckinghamshire on 15th/16th September (expenses covered).
• Ability to start on 5th October or 2nd November.
• Based in Leicester or nearby areas.

Nice-to-Have:

• Previous sales or commercial experience.
