Randstad Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic Early Years and Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistants with strong phonics intervention experience to support primary schools across Leeds.


Key Requirements
  • Essential UK Experience: Demonstrated UK experience delivering support within EYFS or Key Stage 1 primary classrooms.

  • Phonics Proficiency: Proven proficiency delivering phonics schemes used in UK schools (e.g., Read Write Inc., Letters and Sounds, Little Wandle).

  • Safeguarding & Compliance: An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or readiness to apply for one.

  • Core Skills: Ability to lead engaging 1:1 and small-group reading interventions while encouraging a positive early learning environment.
