EYFS Teaching Assistant - Leeds - Supply

Randstad Education is currently recruiting for dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistants seeking long-term supply assignments in Leeds primary schools. This role involves working consistently within a nursery or reception classroom to support the class teacher in delivering a high-quality early years environment.

• Essential UK Experience: Demonstrated experience working in a UK primary or nursery school setting within the Early Years Foundation Stage.

• Observation & Assessment Skills: Experience conducting learning observations, taking progress notes (e.g., Tapestry/Evidence Me), and assisting with adult-led activities.

• Safeguarding & Compliance: Valid Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or readiness to apply for one.

• Core Skills: Strong team-working abilities alongside class teachers, excellent communication skills with parents/carers, and a patient approach.
