Key Requirements
Essential UK Experience: Recent, verifiable experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant in a UK primary school, specifically supporting Key Stage 1 (Year 1 or Year 2).
National Curriculum Familiarity: A solid working understanding of the UK KS1 National Curriculum, including small-group reading and maths interventions.
Safeguarding & Compliance: A valid Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to process a new check through Randstad).
Core Classroom Skills: Strong behaviour management skills, a cheerful attitude, and the confidence to hit the ground running in different Leeds primary schools.
