Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: Sheffield
Rate: £240 per day

Are you a Fire and Security Service Engineer based in Sheffield looking for your next contract opportunity? As a Fire and Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance and remedial works of fire alarm, CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems across a range of commercial and residential sites. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fire and security solutions to its customers.

Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance on fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV and access control systems to current standards.
* Diagnose and resolve faults across a range of fire and security systems, completing remedial works as required.
* Produce accurate service reports and site documentation following each visit.
* Liaise with site contacts and clients professionally, ensuring minimal disruption during works.
* Ensure all works are completed in compliance with relevant British Standards and manufacturer guidelines.

Experience and Certifications required:

* Minimum 3 years' experience servicing and maintaining fire and security systems in a field-based role.
* Proven hands-on experience with fire alarm systems, intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems.
* Ability to fault-find and complete remedial works independently across multiple system types.
* Full UK driving licence.
* FIA or BAFE qualification (desirable).
* ECS/CSCS card (desirable).
