Senior Project ManagerBid & Business Winning ProgrammesLocation: Bristol / Hybrid Working Salary: £45,000 - £56,000 + Benefits PackageAbout the RoleWe're supporting a leading organisation within the defence and aerospace sector as they continue to invest in one of their most strategically important programme areas.This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in bids, business winning and complex stakeholder management. You'll play a key role in shaping future opportunities, developing compelling propositions and supporting the successful acquisition of major programmes within a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment. What You'll Be DoingLeading bid and proposal activities across complex programme opportunities. Working closely with commercial, technical, finance and programme teams to develop winning solutions. Supporting the development of business cases, investment plans and long-term programme strategies. Managing multiple concurrent bidding activities and delivery priorities. Engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. Contributing to product and programme roadmaps that support future growth. Driving best practice across bid management and business winning activities. Supporting responses to evolving customer requirements and programme demands. What We're Looking ForExperience in project management, programme delivery or business acquisition activities.  Strong bid management or proposal development experience. Proven ability to influence stakeholders across technical, commercial and operational functions. Experience building business cases and supporting strategic decision-making. Strong problem-solving capability and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.  Excellent communication and relationship-management skills. Experience within engineering, aerospace, defence or similarly complex industries would be advantageous.
