Job Introduction
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and supportive team.This role involves supporting pupils’ learning, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), alongside supervising and engaging pupils during lunchtimes.
About the Role
You will:
- Support pupils individually and in small groups within the classroom and intervention settings.
- Enable pupils to access learning, develop independence, and maintain positive behaviour.
- Work under the direction of the class teacher and SENCO to deliver targeted support and interventions.
- Monitor and provide feedback on pupil progress and engagement.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment.
Lunchtime Duties:
- Supervise pupils, ensuring safety and positive behaviour.
Lead and support play activities, promoting inclusion and social interaction
