Ready to hit the ground running in October? We’re working with a brilliant, community‑driven primary school looking for a confident, engaging Year 3 Teacher to take the reins for a maternity cover.

This is a school that values consistency, teamwork and proper support — you’ll walk into a well‑behaved cohort, solid planning, and a KS2 team who actually collaborate.

The Role

• Lead a lovely Year 3 class with full teaching responsibilities
• Deliver fun, structured KS2 lessons that keep pupils switched on
• Build quick rapport with children, staff and parents
• Keep on top of planning, assessment and classroom routines
• Bring energy, creativity and calm behaviour management

You’ll Need

• QTS and solid KS2 experience
• Strong behaviour management
• A warm, proactive teaching style
• Confidence to take ownership of the class from day one
