As a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) in Chatham, you’ll bring compassionate, hands‑on support to adults across residential care homes, nursing homes, and supported living.
You’ll help people live safely and comfortably, following clear care plans while promoting dignity, choice, and independence. From daily living and mobility support to meaningful engagement and companionship, your contribution will make each day more manageable and more personal.
You can build a rota that fits around your life, days, nights, weekends, and block bookings, while working with supportive, well‑structured teams who value continuity of care.

Additional requirements:
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, ideally within a hospice, palliative care, hospital, or complex care setting.
- Experience supporting patients with end-of-life and palliative care

- Provide reliable, person-centred care across care settings
