Job description:

Temporary HR Advisor. Horwich. Ongoing. 38 hours per week, Mon – Fri 8am – 4.30pm, Fridays 8am – 2.30pm. £16.93 – £18.22 per hour DOE.

We are working with a well established manufacturing company based in Horwich who are looking for a HR Advisor to join the team on a temporary, ongoing basis.

Duties will include:

• Working in a collaborative team , supporting 120+ staff
• Core duties are to provide a full HR Advisory role, with a strong emphasis on employee relations
• Supporting onboarding, inductions and offboarding processes, including probation and exit interviews
• Managing absence processes, conduct return to work interviews and maintaining accurate personnel records
• Providing guidance to line managers and staff on employee relations, wellbeing and performance management
• Assisting with recruitment

Job Essentials

• Strong knowledge of employment law & HR best practices
• Experience in employee relations, recruitment and HR administration

This is a full time, fully office based position.
