Job Location: Outskirts of Stone – must be able to drive due to location

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 4-8 weeks

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week

Days of Work: Monday – Friday

Work Format: Fully office based

Hourly Rate: £12.71ph

Have you got strong Reception skills and experience?

Have you worked within the NHS or General Practice?

Do you have excellent IT skills and the ability to pick-up systems quickly?

If you have EMIS or DOCMAN experience, we need you.

We are supporting our client, a local medical practice, with recruiting a temporary Medical Receptionist for an ongoing temporary basis. You MUST have worked within this type of role previously, be able to accommodate full time hours and be keen to get stuck in! Duties will include:

• Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently, including booking, rescheduling, and cancellations
• Answer incoming calls promptly, addressing patient enquiries and directing calls appropriately
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information on EMIS
• Ensure the waiting area remains tidy and organised at all times
