Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is seeking an experienced Traffic Marshall to join our client on a long-term commercial construction project in Exeter.
This role offers approximately two years of consistent work with a well-established contractor.
Key Duties
- Manage vehicle movements and control traffic flow on and around the construction site.
- Supervise deliveries to and from site, ensuring safe and efficient coordination.
- Oversee pedestrian movement and maintain site safety.
- Assist with general labouring duties as required to support the site team.
Requirements
- Valid CSCS card.
- Current Traffic Marshall NPORS card or CPCS.
- Full PPE, including hard hat, high-vis, steel-toe boots, gloves and goggles.
- Strong communication skills and a reliable approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
