Building Control Surveyor (Remote Plan Checker)

We have a brand new opportunity for a  fully remote Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) to join our client’s team on a contract basis (minimum RBI 2D).

The Role:

This is a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) opportunity whereby you will provide building regulations plan assessment services on both on Domestic and Commercial schemes (RBI dependent). The nature of your working is entirely flexible and can either be normal working days or run alongside a current role in your spare time if needed.

• Rate: Up to £50/hr
• Contract Length: Initial 3-6-month contract
• IR35 Status: Outside IR35 Available
• Hours: 20 – 30 hrs/wk available
